Affiliate disclosure

This page describes how FieldServiceCompare.com makes money, the affiliate relationships we have, and our policy for keeping editorial decisions independent. We follow the FTC's endorsement guides .

How we make money

FieldServiceCompare participates in affiliate programs run by software vendors and affiliate networks including but not limited to:

When you click a link on our site and then sign up for or purchase a product, we may earn a commission. You pay nothing extra.

How affiliate links are marked

Every outbound link to a vendor's signup or pricing page is marked with rel="sponsored nofollow" and includes the text "(affiliate link)" in its accessible label so screen readers announce the relationship. Affiliate calls-to-action are visually distinct (the orange button) and include a short disclosure adjacent to the link.

Editorial independence

Rankings, ratings, and verdicts are determined editorially. We never change a ranking, rating, or verdict because of commission rate, vendor relationship, or paid placement. If we cannot honestly recommend a product, we say so — including for vendors that pay us commission.

We do not accept paid placements, sponsored reviews, or "sponsored posts." Vendors do not get pre-publication review of our content. If a vendor disputes a factual claim, we welcome corrections via our contact page and will update or annotate accordingly.

Compensation tiers

Different vendors pay different commission rates. We disclose this because it matters: a higher commission is never a reason to elevate a product. If anything, the editorial process here is structured to be skeptical of higher-paying vendors. Where it's relevant to a review, we will note that a product pays a high commission and explain why we've chosen to recommend it anyway.

Questions or corrections

Email hello@fieldservicecompare.com with the URL and the specific claim. We respond within a few business days and update reviews when a factual issue is confirmed.
